Becoming a Shopper for RC Premiere® is a fun and flexible way to earn some extra cash, meaning you will evaluate the quality of service as an undercover customer, anonymously assessing various aspects of the customer experience.

         The goal is to provide objective feedback on employee behavior, service efficiency, product knowledge, and adherence to company standards. Shoppers complete a variety of detailed reports based on their observations. By gathering data from Shoppers, businesses can identify areas for improvement, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain consistent service quality.

 

As an Independent Contractor (IC) secret shopper, you play a pivotal role in providing valuable information to our clients, while also making a significant impact on the customer experience journey.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

18 years or Older, Legally capable, Responsible, Honest and detail oriented.

Job Schedule: Part-time

 

Hours: 2-3hours weekly​

​

Weekly Rate: $575 - $700 weekly

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Receive payment from us in form of Cashier's Check/Money order

2. Cash and Deduct your Evaluation Income.

3. Use the balance for the assignment that will be assigned to you in subsequent texts/emails.

4. You must complete the task as quickly as possible and quietly.
